During my recent stay at the Pointe Hotel, I found myself captivated by the refreshing modernity of this brand-new property. The spacious room, equipped with a coffee machine and a flat-screen TV, provided a serene retreat after a day at the baseball tournament with friends. While the location was decent and the café nearby was a delightful bonus, I was surprised by the limited breakfast options, as I tend to seek out healthier choices. What truly stood out, however, was the warmth of the hotel staff — particularly the day shift desk employee who not only welcomed us with genuine kindness but also ensured we felt at home throughout our stay. Her thoughtful gestures, from offering snacks upon arrival to accommodating our unexpected changes, made our experience all the more memorable.
